The information provided in the form helps to locate the travelers and contact them in case they have been affected by the disease. The information to be filled in the form includes personal information, information about the country you are traveling from, address of previous stays, health records, etc.
France welcomes all the travelers from each part of the World except the high-risk scarlet red list areas such as Member State of the European Union, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Monaco, the Holy See, San Marino, or Andorra. All travelers must apply for the France Travel Certificate to enter the country.
To apply for the Registration document online, you are required to fill in the france plf with health status and other information. One week has passed after the booster dose or after two shots of the vaccines on the emergency list of the World Health Organization.
An antigen COVID-19 or a negative PCR test result is a necessary document for travel for those who are not vaccinated. The traveler must have either a negative PCR test result taken 48 hours before departure or a negative rapid antigen test result taken 48 hours before departure or a vaccination certificate or a positive PCR test certificate older than 10 days and less than 6 months. The isolation period depends on the countries marked with different colors.
Each traveler that is trying to enter the country must apply for the certificate. In the case of children, their guardian or their parents can apply for the form on the children’s behalf.
The travelers coming from the yellow list countries should quarantine for at least 7 days and take PCR on the 7th day. The travelers from red list countries are required to quarantine for 10 days at least. And the travelers from the scarlet red countries list are also required to isolate themselves for ten days.
