The Passenger Locator Form must be completed by every traveler until the day before entering the country, providing detailed information on their point of departure, the duration of previous stays in other countries, and the address of their stay while in Malta.

if you are travelling as a family or group, you can add all travellers to one application. If you are travelling in a larger group, simply create a second application and add further travellers to the second application. Be aware, that everyone who is mentioned in the application has to stay at the same address that is provided in the application.

Babys and children can be added to the document of the main applicant. It is not necessary to create a separate document for babys and children.

At least one of the following points is required to travel to Malta. 

1. Negative covid test

2. Fully vaccination
