Slovenia is a beautiful country which always welcomes tourists. After the pandemic, Slovenia is now open for tourism again. the only restrictions are for travelers coming from Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Namibia, and Eswatini.
The travelers coming from the Schengen area, or those from any part of the world if they are fully vaccinated, the country whole-heartedly welcomes all. The passengers arriving from Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Namibia, and Eswatini are not allowed currently due to the pandemic issues. The travelers are required to have Slovenia PLF to enter the country.
The traveler can apply for a Slovenia PLF online by simply just filling in with the details of the health, trip status, etc. Entry in the country is only possible if the traveler shows a negative PCR test result taken 72 hours before travel, or a negative antigen test taken 49 hours before departure or a complete vaccination certificate, or a certificate of positive PCR test result older than ten days but less than six months, and most importantly, the Slovenia Entry Registration document.
After completion of the application form, we will prepare the document for you and will email it to you. You can then simply take a printout of the form and show it to the authorities when you arrive. Slovenia PLF helps with the authorization process. It only takes about five minutes to apply for the form. The form is useable only once.
All the travelers trying to enter the country are required to have a Slovenia Entry Registration form with them regardless of the reason why they are traveling and regardless of the age of the traveler. Even the youngest children are supposed to fill in the form.

A vaccinated person or vaccination certificate is not mandatory. If you are fully vaccinated, then you do not need to show a negative PCR test result or a negative antigen test result, or a positive PCR test certificate. Unless you are arriving from the prohibited countries, it is not mandatory.
The only approved vaccines to enter Slovenia are Moderna, Jansen, Sinovac Biotech, Pfizer, Vaxzevria, Sinopharm, AstraZeneca, and Sputnik V.
A traveler will be considered fully vaccinated if
To enter Slovenia, a negative PCR test result is required. A traveler must have with them;
Either a negative PCR test result held about 72 hours before departure.
A rapid negative antigen test result took 48 hours before departure,
Vaccination certificate.
Or a certificate of positive PCR test older than ten days but not more than six months
The quarantine policy in the country depends on the circumstances of the traveler and the country from which they are coming. Quarantine policy does not apply to those having a vaccination certificate, or negative antigen test, or negative PCR test, or a certificate of positive PCR test.
Travelers who do not have any of these documents are bound to follow a quarantine of at least 10 days. The days of quarantine can be cut short if the traveler shows a negative COVID-19 test result.
The quarantine of 10 days is mandatory for those traveling from Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Namibia, and Eswatini.
A traveler must have a valid passport whose validity should not be less than 6 months.
Also, there should be a valid payment method so that the traveler can pay for the fee of the document. And a valid email address so the document could be sent to the traveler.
