Slovenia Passenger Locator Form is the travel document providing information about the traveler’s vaccination status and whether or not he/she can travel to a country from abroad. Slovenia Passenger Locator Form is recognized by authorities of health to locate the travelers.
72 hours before the tour, the traveler must apply for the Slovenia Passenger Locator Form to prevent any delays. The passport of the traveler must be valid for at least 6 months. There should be a valid payment method to pay for the fee of the document. The traveler must have a valid email address.
Slovenia Passenger Locator Form needs to be filled in with personal information, information about the tour, medical status, places you have stayed, or places you will be staying in, etc. The form comes with a Quick Response QR code. This code helps with the authorization process. It only takes about five minutes to apply for the form. The form is useable only once.
After completion of the application form, we will prepare the document for you and will email it to you. You can then simply take a print out of the form and show it to the authorities when you arrive.
Traveling to Slovenia is easy if you are coming from any place except for the following places;
Botswana, Eswatini, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, South Africa, and Lesotho.
Travelers coming from the Schengen area and those who live in the country are considered safe to travel. The travel reason does not matter. Each traveler has to apply for Slovenia Entry Registration.
To enter Slovenia, you do not need a vaccination certificate. If you are a vaccination certificate holder, you do not need to follow isolation rules or show negative PCR tests. Travelers from the prohibited countries might need to show a vaccination certificate or might need to follow quarantine rules.
Acceptable vaccines are Moderna, Sinopharm, Sinovac, Janssen, Pfizer, Sinovac Biotech, and Sputnik V. travelers who are not vaccinated need to show negative PCR test results or negative antigen test results taken 72 hours or 48 hours before departure respectively.
Fully vaccinated travelers do not need to isolate themselves when they arrive in the country.
If a traveler shows a negative rapid antigen test result taken 48 hours before departure, then they do not need to quarantine.
If a traveler shows a negative PCR test result taken 72 hours before departure, they won’t have to isolate.
If a traveler is unable to show the documents mentioned above, they might have to follow a quarantine of at least 10 days. The time is cut short in case of a negative COVID-19 test.
Travelers coming from the restricted area are bound to isolate themselves for 10 days.
